Jennifer Lawrence is the face of Dior’s perfume
AS Katniss Everdeen she gained worldwide recognition for her portrayal of the heroine in The Hunger Games, giving inspiration to many young girls and establishing her as the highest-grossing action heroine of all time.
American actress Jennifer Lawrence then caught the eye of French luxury fashion and beauty powerhouse Dior, which used her for various campaigns, and she has now also been named as the face of the new Dior women’s perfume.
Lawrence lends her radiant beauty and her joie-de-vivre to the new creation by Francois Demachy, Dior’s perfumer-creator.
The brand promises an unprecedented fragrance and a powerful universe which marks the beginning of a new era for fragrance at the House of Dior.
A natural talent with a striking presence and undeniable energy, Academy Award winner Lawrence is one of Hollywood’s most gifted actresses.
Her recent credits include Darren Aronofsky’s Mother! and Francis Lawrence’s Red Sparrow.
In 2016 she received her record-setting fourth Academy Award nomination and third Golden Globe Award for her performance in David O Russell’s Joy. This marked her third collaboration with the director, writer and producer; having previously worked with him on American Hustle and Silver Linings Playbook, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress.
