UNIVERSITI Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) is Malaysia’s leading technical and entrepreneurial university, formed as part of the education group under Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA).
It was formed via the amalgamation of seven MARA skills institutions on 20 August 2002 and has since experienced rapid expansion as one of the universities of choice in Malaysia.
The university’s primary aim is to provide an enriching undergraduate and postgraduate learning environment that fulfils the academic and intellectual potential of its students.
The university advocates a culture that strives for a high standard in the higher technical and vocational education and training delivery system, emphasising hands-on technical skills and knowledge development.

One Specialisation”, UniKL at present has 12 campuses strategically located throughout peninsular Malaysia, with its chancellery situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
