These awards were given out at the #beauty20 Awards by INNOCOS, a digital marketing awards organisation celebrating the best beauty brands online.
Dudek is an entrepreneur, chemist and researcher who co-pilots private planes, while Pellon is an MIT graduate, pilot and business professional.
