Healthy op­tions gone wrong

Although its GI value is lower in com­par­i­son to other food items on the menu, the sugar con­tent in the dress­ing is not to be ig­nored as it still con­trib­utes to ris­ing blood sugar lev­els.

You can al­ways make a health­ier ver­sion at home. Af­ter all, this is an in­cen­tive for you to eat your veg­eta­bles.
