Meetings at Pulai Springs Resort can be held in a classroom-style room, or chairs and tables can be rearranged to form a hollowsquare, classroom, U-shape, or even a theatre-like setting.
For receptions or cocktail parties, rooms can be combined and set up with banquet round tables, or can be left as open space to accommodate larger events. Function spaces available are: • Dewan Kencanapuri – a 10,764sq ft (1,000sq m) fully air-conditioned marquee concept banquet hall overlooking the golf course is able to accommodate up to 700 persons for a sit-down dinner and 1,200 persons for theatre-style seating.
• Dewan Inderaputera – located by the poolside at the magnificent clubhouse can accommodate up to 300 for a reception, theatre and round-table setting.
With grand high-volume ceilings and plenty of cross-ventilation, this meeting room provides an exotic, resort ambience amidst landscaped pools.
• Kayangan Suites – can seat up to 160 persons in a sit-down dinner and can be divided into smaller rooms to host smaller groups of 20 to 40 persons.
