Berjaya TVET College (BTVET) is the first vocational and professional institution to offer the American Hospitality Academy (AHA) Professional Diploma certification courses in Malaysia – Professional Diploma in International Business Leadership.
Professional Diploma in International Business Leadership addresses concerns related to leadership, cultural diversity, technology and interpersonal skills, which are vital skills in the global workplace.
These courses are skewed towards leadership and management skills, supervisory skills, positive attitudes, strong work ethics, a sense of responsibility, the desire to excel, effective business communication and multicultural management skills.
Upon completion of the Professional Diploma in Business Leadership with the duration of one year, the student will able to successfully lead others in a culturally diverse workforce, maintain a strong sense of integrity while providing a quality product or service, inspire and motivate employees of various backgrounds and cultures and work within a business and hospitality climate characterised by rapid change and globalisation.
Students will receive a certificate from both AHA and BTVET for each module and awarded an overall Professional Diploma upon completion of all the specified modules.
Students will also obtain value-added short courses such as Certificate in Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Accounting Software as part of their curriculum.
