Bursa issues UMA query to IRM

PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd issued an unusual market activity (UMA) query on the IRM Group Bhd yesterday to probe the sharp increase in the volume of its shares recently. IRM replied thereafter that it was not aware of any corporate development, rumour, report or any other possible explanation to account for the said UMA.

The findings were concluded after the company had made due enquiry with its directors and major shareholders seeking their views on the matter.
