Daibochi seeks to buy own shares

PETALING JAYA: Daibochi Plastic and Packaging Industry Bhd is seeking shareholders’ consent to buy back its own shares, amounting to a maximum of up to 10% of the company’s issued and paidup share capital.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the details of the proposal would be despatched together with its latest annual report to shareholders in due course.
