How corporate leaders can build trust within the organisation

-

PETALING JAYA: Trust plays a strategic role in businesses today. With incidences of fraud becoming rampant, building trust is key to growing a sustainable business that can go beyond borders.

Trust should underscore every aspect of the business – quality products and services as well as relationships with all stakeholders of the business.

But building trust starts internally, with its leaders.

Star Media Group will be organising the Leading with Trust Masterclass on Oct 23 to help corporate leaders, heads of departments, team leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs build trust within the organisation.

The workshop will be led by Samuel Kurian, a senior consultant and certified master practitioner at Reina Trust.

Samuel is a leader in coaching CEOs and top line managers of international companies during times of change and strategy shifts.

He has worked with senior leaders from organisations here and regionally to work through their challenges and frustrations with managing trust in the workplace.

During the workshop, Samuel will help participants be acquainted with the unique characteristics of a trustworthy leader.

Heads of organisations and teams can discover how specific behaviours impact their leadership effectiveness, deepen engagement, manage change and drive productivity and efficiency of their team’s performance.

Samuel will also guide participants to rebuild trust where it has been compromised so that employees or teams can work efficiently and productively again.

This is an opportunity for leaders to build and cultivate a positive culture within their organisations or among their teams by inspiring and motivating them to be engaged in the process of achieving the organisation’s goals.

The Leading with Trust Masterclass will be held at Menara Star, Petaling Jaya. It will start at 9am.

Fee for the full-day event is RM1,800 per pax and is HRDF claimable.
