MyCar aims to be top e-hailing service provider

-

E-HAILING service MyCar aims to be the top e-hailing service provider in Malaysia with the opening of several new branches nationwide.

MyCar, which recently opened branches in Kota Kinabalu and Langkawi, is set to open a branch in Kuching and Johor Baru soon, in order to meet the needs of MyCar customers and drivers.

The new branch openings are in line with MyCar's bid to become the top e-hailing player in Malaysia, Platform Apps Sdn Bhd director Mohd Noah Maideen said in a statement. Platform Apps is the developer of MyCar. MyCar is the fastest growing e-hailing platform after Grab, with 65,000 registered drivers and over 1.2 million customers to-date.

“Although MyCar only recently celebrated its first anniversary of operations, it has attracted the attention of the public as well as government and private organisations, and has been chosen as the official e-hailing service provider for official functions like Royal Floria Putrajaya 2018, MAHA 2018 and LIMA 19 to be held in March,” he said.

Mohd Noah said MyCar has a driver management department to look into drivers' and passengers' grouses.

Passengers or drivers may call MyCar's 24-hour call centre to make any enquiry or complaint.

MyCar also offers fixed fares upon booking, and will refund passengers' fares if there are any changes during payment.

MyCar, which is 100% owned by Malaysians, is set to expand overseas soon.
