Naza TTDI appoints new chief executive officer

PETALING JAYA: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the property arm of the Naza Group, has appointed Daniel Lim Hin Soon (pic) as chief executive officer effective Aug 3.

Lim’s last posting before joining Naza TTDI was as Sunway Integrated Properties Sdn Bhd’s senior executive director.

He has spent over 28 years in property developmen­t, and held senior executive positions with leading property developers.

Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineerin­g (Civil) with First Class Honours, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administra­tion, both from the University of Singapore.

“Lim will be responsibl­e for the overall strategic developmen­t and direction for the property business,” said SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin, the deputy executive chairman and group managing director of Naza TTDI.

“We have bold ambitions to accelerate our growth strategy and Lim’s prior experience in the industry will be a great asset to have in capitalisi­ng on the ever-changing market conditions,” added SM Faliq.

Some of Naza TTDI’S iconic projects are the Taman Tun Dr Ismail township in Kuala Lumpur, Platinum Park in the heart of the Golden Triangle and the Malaysia Internatio­nal Trade and Exhibition Centre – the largest exhibition centre in Malaysia.
