KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd’s (Simeprop) new launch – the Twin Factories 3 and Detached Factories 1 development in the 1,500-acre Elmina Business Park in Sungai Buloh, Selangor – has reported a 100% take-up rate.
The Twin Factories 3 comprised of 24 units of 120 ft x 200 ft semi-detached units with a built-up of 13,663 sq ft and priced from Rm8.08mil while the Detached Factories 1 has four 120 ft x 215 ft detached units with a builtup of 11,942 sq ft, priced at Rm8.38mil.
With a combined gross development value (GDV) of Rm213mil, the factories offer buyers excellent connectivity via five major highways including the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, North-south Expressway, and the soon-to-be completed Damansara-shah Alam Elevated Expressway.
