AWC secures Health Ministry contract

PETALING JAYA: AWC Bhd, through its facility management services subsidiary Ambang Wira Sdn Bhd, has bagged a Rm188.31mil contract from the Health Ministry to provide hospital support services for the National Cancer Institute.

The five-year contract will commence from Dec 1, 2022, to Nov 30, 2027, AWC said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

It said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings over the contract’s duration.
