Sunsuria signs MOU with NJUCM

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunsuria Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM) for the joint development of a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) centre in Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said both parties have agreed to jointly develop a China-malaysia Chinese medicine centre, cooperate to build a TCM service export hub, carry out Tcm-centric academic education and non-academic training and form other cooperations.

“The MOU shall become effective from the date of the execution and shall remain in force and effect for a valid term of five years unless terminated or renewed upon mutual agreement between the parties,,” it said.
