IT talk an insight into Olympia College
ITEC CLUB of Olympia College, Penang recently organised an IT career talk with Dell. The members who actively participated were IT coordinator Zulfa A.M.M Sariffdin and members of the ITEC Club.
Dell Company senior human resource manager Dip Kang was one of the speakers at the event.
The IT Career Talk aimed to give students an idea of what a IT career in a Dell environment would be like.
Students also gained knowledge and information about Dell’s current technology.
According to Olympia College Penang campus principal Sundara Pandian Natarajan, “It’s good to organise an IT Career Talk as it is always important for the students to keep up to date with the latest IT technologies.
This will further enhance their knowledge and skills in IT.”
It’s a good exposure for the students especially on their career progression after college. The talk was beneficial to the students as well as to the staff.

The Diploma in Information Technology Programme allows entry into the second year of the degree in local universities or University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) Poland, Europe at an affordable fee.
A qualification in Diploma in Information Technology will certainly guarantee one of the many jobs in computer design, software development, software engineering, systems analysis, database design, computer graphics and technical programming available in government, commercial and industrial sectors.
