RILAX Zzz, Malaysia’s leading natural sleep supplement, recently gave away 1,000 packs of Rilax Zzz (worth a total of RM23,000) as a community service project in conjunction with World Sleep Day.
World Sleep Day, was celebrated on March 16, is an annual event organised by the World Sleep Day committee of the World Association of Sleep Medicine (WASM).
Held for the fifth year, this event is intended to raise awareness of the importance of sleep for better health. It also aims to lessen the burden of sleep problems on society through better prevention and management of sleep disorders.

Natural sleep solution

– Sleep quality is improved with L-theanine, an amino acid found naturally in green tea leaves which promotes an alert state of relaxation without lapsing into drowsiness.
