For the Malaysian market, the h SL is available with a 3.5-litre V6 engine with direct injection technology that develops higher output at 306 bhp and 370Nm of torque.

Fitted with a 7G-Tronic Plus automatic transmission, the SL can accelerate from 0-100 kph in 5.9 seconds.

The car also gets a new electromechanical direct-steer system with a ratio that reduces the amount of steering required when parking and manoeuvring.
