Asus offers you double vision

THE latest premium Ultrabook from Asus has not one but two screens.

Called the Taichi, it has an additional scscreen on the back which is also full HD lilike the one on the inside.

Asus says having two screens is handy fofor sharing informatio­n.

A user could use the second screen to display content such as documents, spspreadsh­eets or videos, say, during a presentati­on. epresentat­ion.

It also has a mirror mode that displays ththe same content on both screens.

Both the 11.6in displays use IPS (inplane switching) technology for a wide viewing angle of 178° to make it easier for eveveryone to view what’s on screen.

It also has a 5-megapixel rear camera that is capable of recording full HD videos and a second 720p HD camera on the front for making video calls.

On the inside, the Taichi has an Intel dual-core i5 processor, 4GB RAM and integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics chip.

For storage, users can choose either a 128GB or 256GB SSD (solid-state drive).

The sleek and slim notebook is 3mm thick and weighs 1.25kg, making it suitable for those always on the go.
