Daily notepad gift for Firefly customers at travel fair
PETALING JAYA: Firefly will give away notepads daily to its first 100 customers who buy tickets at its booth during MATTA Fair from March 13 to 15.
Besides offering “incredible deals on flight tickets and holiday packages”, Firefly tickets will also be up for grabs for those who participate in MATTA’s lucky draw.
“We will offer attractive deals and rewards at MATTA (Fair). We are expecting a significant increase in sales, particularly on our domestic routes and holiday packages,” said its chief executive officer Ignatius Ong in a statement.
Its booth will be located at Hall 3 – Domestic and Asean (No. 3234 – 3241) during the fair at Putra World Trade Centre.
In tandem with MATTA, Firefly’s online campaign “Firefly Getaway Contest” will start from March 9 until 15.
To qualify for the contest, participants are required to buy a ticket during the contest period and complete the slogan “I want to get away with Firefly because ...”
Two winners will be picked daily to be in the running to win ticket vouchers, cash vouchers, tickets to Legoland and The Lost World of Tambun.
Firefly’s latest collaboration with Peugeot Lounge at the Subang Skypark Terminal will alos provide passengers the option to experience service at the lounge at only RM25, which is 50% off from the walk-in customers’ rate of RM50.
Service will include light refreshments, WiFi and Internet services, Astro TV entertainment, newspapers and magazines and a VIP room.
“We’re sure the Peugeot Lounge service will be embraced by passengers, especially those who need a place to relax before their flight out,” Ong said.
To further improve customer convenience and comfort, there is also an option for passengers to make online payments via an FPX payment method.
“FPX allows real-time, e-commerce payment, is convenient and cost effective compared to card payments, and above all else, reliable and highly secure,” Ong said.
