CCTV captures man masturbating in hotel lobby

-

A CLOSED-CIRCUIT television (CCTV) footage showing a man masturbating and ejaculating into a drinking bottle belonging to a female staff member of a hotel in Puchong, Selangor, went viral on social media, Guang Ming Daily reported.

The five-minute footage dated April 22 started with a man reading a newspaper in the hotel lobby. Suddenly, he unzipped his pants and began masturbating.

The man was next seen grabbing a water bottle on the front desk counter and ejaculating into it. He then wiped the bottle with his shirt before placing the bottle back on the counter.

The clip was uploaded by Community Policing Malaysia founder Kuan Chee Heng on his Facebook page.

Kuan in his posting said the woman, unaware of what had happened, took a sip from the bottle and suspected something amiss.

“She later checked the CCTV footage and saw the man doing the disgusting act,” he said.

The daily also reported that the victim, known only as Tan, lodged a police report.

However, police have yet to collect the water bottle and the footage from her.

Tan, in her 20s, was quoted as saying that the man returned to the hotel in mid-June.

“I could recognise him because he was holding a water bottle.

“My colleague tried to follow him, but he disappeared into another building,” she said.

> Two Malaysian students who were injured in Saturday’s explosion at a water park in New Taipei City are in stable condition, MCA Youth chief Chong Sin Woon told China Press after he visited Wah Liang Jie, 19, and Lin Shi Li, 23, in Taiwan on Wednesday.

Chong described the two as “tough and brave”, and said they needed long-term treatment before making a complete recovery.
