Henderson and Lallana went to strip club while on England duty

LONDON: England stars Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana eyed up dancers at a strip club while on England duty.

Their night out last Saturday was less than 48 hours before Henderson, 26, skippered the Three Lions against Spain.

It comes as the FA cracks down on player behaviour in the wake of Wayne Rooney’s booze-fuelled antics and reports that other players partied at a local club until 4.30am on Sunday.

The women told how Henderson and Liverpool team-mate Lallana, 28, arrived at Bournemouth’s For Your Eyes Only club at 11pm.

They had made a 354km round trip from the England team hotel.

The footballers and pals spent two hours in the club’s VIP area before leaving at 1am.

They reported for training later that afternoon.

A club guest said: “They were having a good time as they watched the girls dance on the podium.

“Everyone there knew they were due to be playing Spain so it was shocking to see them.”

Lallana’s friends invited several woman to join them.

Another dancer said: “They walked in with their mates and sat in a little booth drinking.

“Some of the girls were invited up to drink with the group and a couple of the footballers’ friends had private dances.

“Lallana comes here regularly. All the girls know him.

“He sometimes brings other Liverpool players too.

“He’s become more arrogant over the years and quite dismissive to us all.

“He’s not even the best payer and can be quite tight.

“I’m not sure their wives or partners would be too happy with them coming here.”

A source said Lallana, who came off injured after 20 minutes in the 2-2 draw against Spain, drank a “few sips of beer”.

He was brought up in the town and has two young children with wife Emily Jubb.

Henderson – teetotal all his career – drank only water at the club. He has two daughters with wife Rebecca Burnett.

The footballers are close pals and were spotted at a hotel pool party in Miami in July. — The Sun, London
