THE second wife of Adi Putra (pic) has come out to publicly deny that her marriage to the actor is on the rocks.

Norshahida Zolkifly, who married Adi Putra six months ago, said contrary to rumours, the two of them are happily married, reported Utusan Malaysia.

She said whatever that was reported about her marriage was absolutely untrue, as she was happy to be Adi’s second wife, the report stated.

“My relationship with Adi Putra is just like any other husband and wife.

“Talk of us hardly seeing each other is also not correct because he knows his responsibilities,” she added.

Norshahida, 33, also said that she had a good relationship with his first wife, Aida Yusof and they were constantly in contact.

She claimed some parties were trying to pit them against each other.

“I also have a good relationship with my mother-in-law. She is supportive and understands our situation. She comes and visits us often.”

Norshahida, who has a three-year-old son from a previous marriage, said she wanted to clear the air about her marriage and stop public speculation.

Adi Putra, in an interview with Kosmo! said he was shocked and unaware about Norshahida’s interview with the media.

“I’m surprised and knew nothing of it. If she arranged for a session with the press to talk about our marriage, then I’m disappointed,” said the actor, whose real name is Mohamed Hadi Putera Halim.

He also denied anything was wrong with their marriage.

Adi Putra married Norshahida, a civil servant, in July.

The Singaporean actor married his first wife in 2006.
