Health fair highlights the latest healthy lifestyle trends in nutrition, health, fitness and diet.

TODAY is the final opportunit­y for you and your family to head down to the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre for FitForLife KL 2017.

The three-day event ends today, so make the most of this opportunit­y to have yourself some good, wholesome fun as you strive for a healthier lifestyle.

The fair sees more than 50 exhibitors highlighti­ng the latest healthy lifestyle trends in nutrition, health, fitness and diet.

Today will see several talks by expert speakers on various health topics.

These include Benefits of Plant Sterols On High Cholestero­l Levels, Next Generation Photo Dynamic Therapy, Impact of Hearing Loss On Cognitive Skills and What Is A Slipped Disc.

There are also plenty of activities where you can break a sweat with the whole family.

Great Eastern’s pavilion offers activities such as the LIVE GREAT Skating challenge, where you can experience skating on an ice-like skating rink or take part in “icegames” and win exclusive LIVE GREAT premiums; the LIVE GREAT Wall Challenge where you can attempt to climb three unique walls; and the Great VR Challenge consisting of workouts made fun with virtual reality games.

FitForLife KL 2017, with the theme “Get Fit. Live Great!” aims to inspire Malaysians to lead a healthy lifestyle by being physically and mentally fit. FitForLife KL 2017 is organised by Star Media Group Berhad with Great Eastern Life as exclusive event partner.

The fair is being held in Halls 1 to 3 of the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre today.
