Datuk Koh Thiam Hua, 38, Chan Yi Heng, 22, and Harry Tan Cheng Yu, 31, were indicted before Sessions judge Irwan Suainbon yesterday with committing the offence from Jan 1, 2015, to May 6 this year.
In another Sessions Court, Lim Boon Hooi, 40, and Toh Kae Luen, 26, were charged with being members of the same group during the same period before judge Norsalha Hamzah.
All five faced a jail sentence of between five and 20 years if convicted under Section 130V(1) of the Penal Code.

Koh was represented by Mohd Zulfiqri Zakaria, Toh by Muhamad Asri Abdul Hamid and Chan by S. Raveentharan. The other two accused were unrepresented while DPP Lim Cheah Yit prosecuted.
