Tractor driver loses toe after hearing mysterious voice

A SPOOKY incident led to a plough tractor driver losing a toe, Berita Harian reported.

Azman Shah Baharudin was rushed to the Taiping Hospital after the freak accident at Kampung Parit Haji Wahab in Parit Buntar, Perak, on Sunday afternoon.

The 32-year-old said a mysterious voice called out to him, telling him to clear the dirt on the plough blades.

“I stopped my tractor and got down, wondering where the voice was coming from,” he said.

“As if in a trance, I stretched out my leg to the blade, which was still rotating.”

Didi Muliadi Nasution Nandong, 21, was sentenced under Section 377C of the Penal Code for committing carnal intercours­e against the order of nature.

Sessions Court judge Azman Mustapha meted out the sentence after Muliadi pleaded guilty to the charge on Tuesday.

The accused stopped the victim, who was on his way home, and invited him for a chat at a convenienc­e store in front of the mosque.

He then asked him to accompany him into the mosque.

The boy tried to escape when he sensed something amiss, but was held back by the accused.
