Wong and Na to perform duet at grand CNY Y show

CHINESE pop divas Faye Wong (pic) and Na Ying will perform together at this year’s CCTV Spring Festival Gala, Oriental Daily reported.

Broadcast on the eve of Chinese New Year, the show is China’s most watched television event every year.

This marks the first time Wong and Na, who are among the most popular and respected singers in China, will sing a duet on stage since 1998.

A photo of the duo at a recording studio drew the attention of fans.

It was reported that the singers have completed the recording of the song, titled Reunion.

> Hong Kong superstar Andy Lau will embark on a concert tour at the end of the year, Sin Chew Daily reported, with the Hong Kong performances to be held during the Christmas holidays.

The pop star, one of Hong Kong’s “Four Heavenly Kings” alongside Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok and Leon Lai, will take the tour to China next year.

Lau was also invite ed to perform at the CCTV V Spring Festival Gala, bu ut could not attend due t o his busy schedule.
