about Museum Night Fever?
> For more than a decade now since 2007, Museum Night Fever (MNF) organised by Brussels’ Museum Council has been setting Brussels, Belgium, abuzz like no other cultural event. > One Saturday each year, museums across the city turn night into day with workshops, performances, fashion shows, guided tours and social events, catering to any and every interest – be it entertainment or en enlightenment. This ear, MNF falls on March 3.
> The event entrusts its line-up too young, inspired BBrussels artists in 27 museums.
Performances, installations, live music, DJ ssets, dance, film, majajor ex hi bit ionsxhib it ions, unuusual guigided tours annd animated shows promise culture enthusiasts an unforgettable nighht.
> Participating museums open thheir doors for 19 hourss until 2am to makee space for experiments and a mixture of styles.
They include a sensory trail walked barefoot, talking walls at the archaeological site of Coundenberg, art workshops, and a fashion show at the Bozar. > This year’s event sees three new events and participating venues: Train World, the Belgian Museum of Freemasonry and the museum of Fin-de-Siècle.
> More than two million spectators, fans, art and music lovers are expected to attend MNF, which will also feature some top music groups and pop stars.
The evening ends with a big party featuring the best Belgian cuisine including mussels and the famous waffles.
