Rita shares exclusive wedding photo in biography
Kosmo! reported that actress Rita Rudaini has shared an exclusive photo of her wedding day with her ex-husband in a new biography written about her. Rita, whose real name is Rita Rudaini Mokhtar, said that the photo, of her and her ex-husband footballer Aidil Zafuan Radzak, was taken during their wedding in a rice warehouse in Songkhla, Thailand, on Feb 25, 2008. Rita and Aidil divorced in 2013. She said that the biography, titled Kerana Aku Seorang Perempuan ( Because I Am A Woman), was written by journalist Datuk Tengku Khalidah Tengku Bidin.
“I want to publish this book not because I want sympathy from anyone, but because I want to motivate and inspire women out there.
“I am sure that there are many like me out there, left by one’s husband and left to take care of one’s children without a stable income. It’s not easy,” she said.
She said while the book touches on every aspect about her life, even before she became an artiste, she did not talk negatively about her marriage to Aidil in the book.
“It is in the past and it is my right to publish my life story for the public to read,” she said.

Khamsiah Ismail, 73, can only hope that her granddaughter Aisyah Abdullah can come home to her before her health worsens.
Khamsiah said that Aisyah, who suffers from learning disability, went missing from their house in Bagan Serai on Jan 20.
She said that a cousin of Aisyah told her that Aisyah went out at 6.30pm that day to catch a bus but did not reveal her destination.
“After learning of her leaving the house, I started getting worried as she was a person with disability (OKU) and can’t manage herself.
“On that day, I managed to reach her and she said that she was in Beruas,” she said, adding that she lost contact with Aisyah in March.
“The last time I spoke to her in March was a short phone call as it was cut off suddenly before I got to know where she was,” she said.
She has also made a police report on the disappearance.
She said that Aisyah’s disappearance has taken a heavy toll on her health.
“I hope that she will return before anything happens to me,” she added.
