A HALF-NAKED Bangladeshi was caught while robbing a house in Lembah Gombak, reported Sinar Harian.

The suspect was only wearing pants when he broke into a house in Jalan Sungai Kampung Puah at 4.30am last Thursday.

The break-in was noticed by a neighbour who was chatting outside with friends.

Wangsa Maju OCPD Supt Mohd Roy Suhaimi Sarif said they saw the suspect’s silhouette. He was carrying a huge bag.

“They apprehended the man and found stolen items such as a handbag, wallet and personal documents.

“The victim, who works as a bank officer and lives there with his wife and child, was not aware that his house was broken into,” he said.

Supt Mohd Roy said the suspect had broken into the house via the kitchen window.

“He had removed his clothes and put them into a plastic bag. But he did not have time to put them back on when he was chased by the victim’s neighbour,” he said.
