Singer Norhaslind­a making a comeback after 11 years

AFTER 11 years, songstress Norhaslind­a Aripah, 40, has begun her resurgence in the music industry, reported Utusan Malaysia.

The mother of three recently worked with four artistes – Mac Ruhayu, Azie, Azura Aziz and Norli Tamam – to create a mini album.

With her 1998 hit single Sehati Sejiwa

chosen as the theme song for the then popular TV3 drama series Cinderella,

Haslinda began her career as a fan-favourite phenomenon.

However, luck was not on her side as her journey in the music industry was filled with obstacles.

“It had been ages since I last entered a recording studio. The feeling is definitely different than how it was in my teenage years,” said Haslinda.

Physiother­apist Doris Lee Siew Mei of Pantai Hospital Cheras said she had six times more young female patients than males suffering from fibromyalg­ia.

She said curing fybromyalg­ia was difficult and that patients could suffer relapses.

This is one of the projects listed in the first series of the Semarak Seni Budaya Arts Interactio­n programme, the daily reported.

This project was organised by Seni Ceritera in collaborat­ion with Titian Teater Ilham Seni (TITIS) for the first time.

Tickets priced at RM20 are available at the entrance of the auditorium.
