Full moon increases women’s sexual desire

-

THE lunar cycle seems to affect women of all shapes and sizes. As such, the Mid-Autumn Festival is a great time for love as the fairer sex shows heightened sexual desire during a full moon, China Press reported.

It quoted a book titled The Lunar Effect: Biological Tides and Human Emotions by Arnold L. Lieber, which said the magnetic field of the moon affects human body cells.

As the human body consists of 80% water, the lunar activity affects the liquid in the human body like a biological tide, just like ocean tides, it said.

According to a survey by a French dating website, visits to the site, including information search, were unusually high during a full moon compared to other times in a month.

Another survey involving 6,000 women worldwide also showed that 37% of the respondents said that making love in the moonlight makes them happier, and they are more confident about their figure.

They also said they are more likely to reach orgasm by having sex in the moonlight.

> The daily also reported that a former bus driver from Guizhou, China, paid for the deposit of his brand new BMW luxury car in coins.

The man, known only as He, turned heads when he drove a truck containing 150,000 yuan (RM90,350) in coins to the car dealer.

It was reported that the coins were He’s savings as a bus driver. He hired four workers, who spent four days to help him count the coins at his home.

The car dealer had to seek help from a bank. It sent over a coin-counting machine and 11 bank staff to count the coins.

> Oriental Daily reported that a good-looking man from Changsha in Hunan, China, arranged for a DNA test on his wife and sevenyear-old daughter when the little girl became ugly as she grew up.

Having married a beautiful wife, Zhao initially suspected that she might have cheated on him and that the girl was not his biological daughter.

The test results confirmed that the girl was indeed his daughter.

The girl’s look was actually caused by unusually enlarged tonsils that affected the growth of the face and caused outgrown teeth.
