ACTRESS Nur Fasha Sandha Hassan (pic) is engaged to actor Aidil Aziz, Utusan Malaysia reported.

Despite a prior failed marriage, she said that should not be an excuse to turn another man away.

“I am grateful Aidil and his family have accepted me and my family,” she said.

According to Nur Fasha, Aidil proposed to her on June 21 but she did not want to rush her decision.

She finally accepted after seeing the effort Aidil made to get to know her two children.

“He respects my parents and my family,” she said.

Nur Fasha said the pair grew close after working together on the sitcom Mamu Mami Gosip this year.

Their engagement ceremony was attended by family members and close friends.

“Based on my experience for the past 50 years, the outbreak this time is the worst,” he said.

Alias said many settlers were unable to pay back Felda loans.

He urged the government to find a way to overcome the outbreak.
