If we follow the Federal Constitution judiciously, we should have not many problems. It is only when leaders abuse the law to serve their purpose that real problems arise. The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) may not at this juncture serve any purpose but it could be used by irresponsible elements to cause racial strife. – William Ong
