KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show 2018 (KLIMS’18) is not just about cars. Visitors to the exhibition can also take a closer look at accessories to spruce up their cars and motorcycles.
Visitors can find plenty of attractive and promotional prices for the auto accessories and parts at level 2 of the exhibition hall.
For example, Tint Auto is giving KLIMS’18 visitors a free LLumar Paint Protection Film (for car door cup) worth RM350 for those buying Pecca Smart Fit Leather Car Seat Cover and LLumar Window Films.
3M Malaysia is running a “Guess and Win” contest where the prize is a 3M Vehicle Air Purifier Plus unit.
Buyers of the 3M car wrap or car tinting package (minimum booking fee of RM500) can enter a lucky draw and stand a chance to win a free transformation with 3M Auto Wrap, Auto Film, Nomad Car Mat and Paint Protection Film for the headlights.
Those looking for vehicle video recorders can check out ZMC Automotive’s booth that offers the latest Korean dash cams Thinkware.
German brand battery Varta also has a surprise for owners of hybrid cars with the automatic engine start-stop function.
Kakimotor has an extensive array of car accessories and performance parts at a special price for sports car enthusiasts.
KLIMS’18 features 74 marques of vehicle brands and automotive products spanning over six exhibitions halls covering two levels at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre.
Participating automotive brands include CAM, Citroen, Daihatsu, DS, Ford, Grand Max, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Kia, Lexus, Petronas Motorsports, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Perodua, Peugeot, Proton, Tata, Toyota and UD Trucks.
The exhibition opens from 11am to 10pm on weekdays. Tomorrow is KLIMS’18 last day.
Every entrance ticket has a chance to win either a Toyota C-HR, Honda City or a Perodua Myvi through a lucky draw.
For entry tickets secured online at AirAsia Red Tix, the holders stand a chance to win AirAsia return flights to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Bali, Taipei, Jakarta and Shanghai in a fortnightly draw as well as to Tokyo in the grand draw.

Entrance fees are RM25 on weekends. For children aged three to 12, the ticket price is RM5. There is also a family package where parents with up to five children aged 12 and below are charged RM50 on weekends.
