Another 40,000 tickets for first-leg final to go on sale today
PETALING JAYA: Malaysian fans can get their tickets at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil or at selected Al-Ikhsan outlets to watch the first leg of the AFF Suzuki Cup final on Dec 11.
All 40,000 tickets online have been snapped up and the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) announced that another 40,000 tickets can be purchased at the stadium and Al-Ikhsan outlets today.
The open stand ticket will cost RM40, while a grandstand ticket is RM50. Children will only be charged RM5.
Fans can only buy a maximum of five tickets from the counter.
At the National Stadium, ticket counters will be at Gate A and E, with sales starting at 10am.
The FAM also announced that those who went to Bangkok to watch the second leg semi-final between Malaysia and Thailand at the Rajamangala Stadium will be given “priority” to purchase the tickets.
These fans will have to bring the second leg semi-final ticket or payment slip of the ticket or their passports – to show that they entered and left Thailand during the match – to a special counter at Wisma FAM in Kelana Jaya. With one second-leg semi-final ticket, they will be eligible to buy two open stand tickets for the final.
The special ticket counter will only be open on Sunday, from 10am-5pm.
