Zhang’s fans want her back acting in movies

-

FANS of Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi are not happy that she seldom acts in movies but appeared regularly in various TV reality shows, reported Oriental Daily.

The lead actress in the movie “Memoirs of a Geisha” recently completed the second season of the popular Chinese reality TV show Viva La Romance.

Her fans, however, think that as an international star, Zhang should appear more in movies rather than TV shows.

She responded saying that her fans would get to see the real her in Viva La Romance.

“The show is about travelling, family and love. I am sure you will get to see the real me in the programme,” she said.

> A company in Japan is providing a full resignation service to those who want to quit their jobs but are hesitant to do so, reported Nanyang Siang Pau.

The company, EXIT, will assist employees to inform their bosses that they want to quit their jobs and would proceed with the necessary process.

The company said their service was to avoid employees from the embarrassment or uncomfortable confrontations with employers. A full-time worker will be charged ¥50,000 (RM1,833.96) while the fee for a part-time worker is ¥40,000 (RM1,467.30).

A spokesperson from the company said the charges were reasonable as some workers have to deal with bosses who would persuade them to stay.

It is learnt that some Japanese workers, who planned to quit, found it too emotionally distressing, dutiful or embarrassed to do so.
