> Better cycling lanes
Bicycle lanes in Kuala Lumpur need to be improved. It is hoped that the authorities would consider putting up solar roofs over the lanes to protect cyclists from the sun and rain. There should be sufficient lighting, surveillance cameras and emergency telephones along the lanes. The solar roof could be used to generate electricity. – Keen Biker

What is the point in having the electronic medical record service in government clinics and hospitals when connectivity is so slow? It’s causing delays in fixing medical appointments, ward movement and patient management every day. It’s also a waste of patients’ and doctors’ time.

I went with much trepidation to the EPF office in KL, knowing the staff would be very busy as the PJ office is under renovation. I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy and professional service rendered, and impressed with the number of counters opened to deal with the public.
