BTS charms over 60,000 fans in sold-out US show

K-POP group BTS drew more than 60,000 fans to Pasadena’s Rose Bowl in Los Angeles for one of their largest concerts in the United States.

The venue was the first stop of their Love Yourself: Speak Yourself world tour, Guang Ming Daily reported.

The concert tickets for two consecutiv­e nights were sold out.

Fans could not contain their excitement and cheered on their idols throughout the concert.

BTS leader and rapper RM, whose real name is Kim Namjoon, said the concert was one of the most important nights for the band so far.

Earlier, BTS made history at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards by being the first South Korean band to win the Top Duo/Group Award.

Dance teacher Xiao Peng was recording her dance moves using the Tik Tok app when she reportedly fell into the river and drowned, China Press reported.

The mother of one had uploaded a total of 59 videos, mostly of her dancing, on Tik Tok.

Sin Chew Daily reported that the woman, 38, said her husband was in a relationsh­ip with his 40-yearold married “stepsister”.

The woman, known only as Wu, said she met her 42-year-old husband at work and they got married in 2014.

She claimed his “stepsister” followed them back to Malaysia and the three of them slept on the same bed in a hotel.

She added that the “stepsister” even requested to sleep between her and her husband.

Later, Wu found out that her husband was meeting his “stepsister” frequently but she decided to ignore it as she did not want to ruin their marriage.

However, when she finally confronted him about the affair, Wu’s husband asked for a divorce and chased her out of the house.
