At present, pensioners travel on KTM Komuter at half price, and we thank the government for giving us this privilege. But can we enjoy it without having to get the discount card, please? We have to go all the way to KL Sentral to get the card, and it takes time and money to do this. Could pensioners just produce their identity card to show proof of their age and purchase the ticket without any hassle? We appeal to the Transport Minister to implement this simple exercise. – Pensioner
