Fires level two buildings

A VILLAGER’S home and a mobile phone spare parts warehouse were engulfed in flames in two separate cases in Phnom Penh on Thursday. The Ministry of Interior’s fire departmentsaid both buildings were levelled due to an electrical fault but no injury was reported.
