Wang hopes kids’ custody battle will be over soon

-

WANG Leehom ended his fourmonth silence on social media and said he hoped for the custody battle for his three children to be over soon, reported Sin Chew Daily.

The Taiwanese-american singer, who has kept a low profile following a highly public fight with his ex-wife Lee Jinglei, thanked fans for their support in conjunction with his 46th birthday on May 17.

“Thank you, everyone, for your support. Leehom is touched seeing well wishes from fans.

“His wish is for his children to be healthy, happy, and for the family litigation to finally come to an end,” his management company wrote.

After Wang announced his divorce last year, Lee published a ninepage bombshell of about 4,500 words on Dec 18 accusing him of misdeeds throughout their marriage, including multiple infidelities, soliciting prostitutes, bullying and being verbally abusive towards her.

Wang and Lee were married in 2013 and are now fighting for the custody of their children, aged four to eight, in court.

> Hong Kong singer Gillian Chung stunned fans after she appeared to have slimmed down significantly, all thanks to exercising and avoiding alcohol, the daily also reported.

Chung, one-half of the Cantopop group Twins, celebrated the 21st anniversary of her partnership with friend and colleague Charlene Choi.

“Happy 21st anniversary! Love you forever, Charlene Choi,” she wrote online.

The two also shared a photo of themselves. Many fans expressed surprise at Chung’s weight loss.

She replied that it was all thanks to going to the gym and avoiding alcohol.
