Raise the cost of living allowance for civil servants by RM100, to be adjusted periodically, to ease the high cost of living for civil servants.
Improve the employment and welfare system of contract civil servants, such as priority on absorbing them as permanent staff.
Refine the grade of military officers to be in line with current responsibilities and needs.
Strengthen welfare support and increase the capabilities of pensioned and non-pensioned military retirees by empowering the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
Increase Village Development and Security Committee members from 15 to 20 members.
