Please bring back the ruling of no trailers/heavy vehicles on any highway during peak hours! Also, why are there more motorbikes on the highways nowadays that are not using their designated lanes? – Jeya, Klang

Apart from poor timing that has characterised many decisions made of late, could someone kindly explain why the head of the Legislature, the Speaker of the House, was sent to represent Malaysia at the Asean summits in Phnom Penh (Nov 10-13)? Surely we could have despatched the Chief Secretary to the Government because the summits involve executives and the Chief Secretary would have fitted the bill. Isn’t that supposed to be part of the separation of powers between the Executive and Legislature?
