Litterbugs to clean streets

Some litterbugs will have to don neon pink-andyellow vests and clean the streets in the city, as the Corrective work order (Cwo) areas expand beyond the heartland. the National environment agency yesterday said that the move to expand the Cwo aims to drive home the widespread impact of littering.
