Parents are back to their annual moaning about paying full month fees though the school bus service is only needed during the school term. Do parents not see that bus drivers need an income even when their buses are idle during the holidays? Either the Education Ministry or the drivers or owners’ associations should set out terms clearly to avoid this annual, unproductive moaning. – Maniam
