> Shah alam city council (MBSA) will be operating its mobile counter ‘Shah alam on Wheels’ at the Plaza Masalam carpark at Section 9 in Shah alam from 11am to 4pm on March 30. residents can check and make payment for assessment fees and parking compounds. the mobile counter also accepts complaints and enables the checking of licence status.
