Egg membrane for joints

CLICKING noises (also known as crepitus) or a grinding sensation from the knees may indicate a joint degenerati­ve condition called osteoarthr­itis. It is defined as a condition in which the rubbery cartilage that serves as a shock absorber for our joints becomes stiff, losing its elasticity and becoming more susceptibl­e to damage. As the cartilage wears away, tendons and ligaments stretch, causing pain. It can occur in almost any joint in the body, most commonly in the fingers, hips, knees and spine.
