‘PROBE ON UMNO 7 WON’T BE BIASED’

KUALA LUMPUR: The investigation into the seven Umno members will not be biased towards party president Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak as he does not own the party, said Terengganu Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abd Rahman. Therefore, party members should not be worried about any interference in the investigation, Ahmad Razif, who is the state liaison committee chairman, told reporters at the Pesona Terengganu 2015 event here yesterday. “We want to save the organisation and not any individual,” he said. “The disciplinary committee is a transparent body. When a decision is made, it must be based on facts.”
