New Fota update for Asus ZenPad

IN AN effort to maintain optimum user experience on its latest Asus ZenPad series ( below), the Taiwanese manufacturer has rolled out a new Fota (Firmware-overthe-air) software update for both its ZenPad 7.0 (Z370CG) and ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170CG).

While the software update v12.26.5.28 for Z370CG targets and betters the quality of GPS, the latest Fota version (v12.26.4.29) comes with numerous improvements for the Z170CG.

These include system stability as well as performance, WiFi stability, GPS stability, camera performance, Facebook installation stability, improved modem stability and an added Power & Boost icon in launcher. Both the ZenPad models share similar features but the Z370CG is slightly beefier with higher resolution at 1280x800, 2GB RAM, eight-megapixel rear camera, just to name a few.

The other features they share are 7in of Asus VisualMaster, DTS HD Premium Sound for enhanced audio experience, as well as aesthetic customisations with functional cases that provide extra features for an i ndividualistic look.
