On cloud nine

THE recent Marketing Excellence awards ceremony held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur saw Zenith bag nine trophies. The media industry authority won three golds – two for Maybank for Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Excellence in Video/TV Marketing; and another for Celcom under Excellence in Mobile Marketing. Other awards comprised three for Celcom, two for Petronas and 1 for Maybank. Zenith Group is led by CEO Gerald Miranda ( pix). Modest about the nine- award sweep, he said: “We are pleased that our efforts in this area are being recognised”.
